Overview
Victoria Whiddon brings a multifaceted background to the firm’s practices in personal injury and commercial litigation. With prior experience in personal injury litigation, with a focus on medical malpractice, Victoria also offers expertise in non-litigation domains such as corporate due diligence, statistical strategies for enhancing efficiency, and tax matters including succession planning and international corporate reorganizations.
Education
Victoria was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She graduated with a B.A. in Mathematics and Political Science from Baylor University. She subsequently attended The University of Houston Law Center, where she was Head Senior Articles Editor of the Houston Journal of International Law. Notably, Victoria excelled academically, earning LEX Awards for achieving the highest grades in two classes. Demonstrating her commitment and capability, she completed her studies ahead of schedule, becoming one of the select few to pass the Texas Bar and be sworn in as an attorney prior to graduation from law school.
In her spare time, Victoria enjoys instructing high school and college students in various levels of science and mathematics, including Organic Chemistry and BC Calculus, as well as continuing her passion of Rowing, as a Sculler with Bay Area Rowing Club.
